Group A goes on property tour, meet in Lobby at 9 am

Group B schedule is:

9:00-10:30      Property evaluation workshop (bring a laptop to class if you have one)

11:00-12:00     How to use the contracts: purchase agreement, purchase agreement for assignment, assignment agreement, escrow agreement

1:30-4:30         Business building part 1:

  • Interstaff communication

5:00ish                  Class ends; Group A returns from property tour

Saturday
8:30                 Free breakfast with Mr. Drew for people interested in higher-level mentoring

Other than that, Saturday looks exactly like Friday, except group A is in class and group B is on the property tour

Sunday: Business Building Day

  • Tax and bookkeeping issues for wholesalers (with Anera Shell CPA)
  • Meet the Acquisitions coordinator with Izzy Bronstein

11:00-12:00    Setting up and doing deals in your retirement plan (with Equity Trust Company)

12:00-1:30       Lunch with REIBlackbook (this is the contact manager we use for leads/deals, and the source of our “buyer” website—they’ll be demonstrating the program and feeding you)
