I’m from Michigan Vena, and the problem I’m having is explaining what I’m trying to accomplish when communicating that to a title company. What would be the best way to explain it to a prospective title company,when looking for one that would be familiar with concept if wholesaling?
it’s a whole lot easier to just start with a title company that already understands and is comfortable with wholesaling. Do that by going to your local REIA, identifying the wholesalers, and asking them who they use.
